Myhill Workshop Weekends
[UPDATED JANUARY 2025]
These weekends are open to all.
Important Note
Dr Myhill delivers these workshops herself, she is constantly in attendance throughout including meal times, the hot tub and sauna!
See Sales Site Workshop]
Who are these Workshops for?
These workshops are suitable for everyone and anyone with a keen interest to optimise their health! Many are people who are unwell perhaps with a chronic fatigue syndrome but we also have people with cancer, heart disease, dementia, allergies, inflammatory bowel disease -all who have been helped – in fact it makes things much more interesting when such people are brave enough to attend!
We have also hosted NHS GPs, Integrative Medicine Practitioners, Naturopaths/Naturopathic Practitioners, Holistic Doctors, Practitioners of Ecological Medicine, Functional, Nutritional & Environmental Medicine Consultants, Complementary Medical Practitioners and Health Practitioners and their patients and followers of non-mainstream conventional medicine.
Students are especially welcome. We speak a language that all can understand -and if not then I have failed! There are many opportunities to ask as many questions as are required so that all can move on their or their family’s and friend’s health issues.
What if you cannot attend a 3 day Weekend Workshop onsite
If you cannot attend the 3 day Myhill Workshop Weekends onsite, then Zoom Starter Workshops for Ecological Medicine is a very good alternative: See Workshops Page for the current date options. See also Zoom Starter Workshops for Ecological Medicine
Alternatively, Dr Myhill's book ‘Ecological Medicine - The Antidote to Big Pharma and Fast Foods’will cover most of the workshop subjects, and is ideal for self study in your own time.
Aim
The aim of this weekend is to give you the confidence, together with the “Rules of the Game” and the “Tools of the Trade”, to help you and your patients tackle any health issues. It is open to everyone not just doctors and health professionals!

Some reviews from Weekend Workshop Participants
“I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have met Dr Sarah Myhill. These 3 workshop days have been the most valuable and significant in my life. I am leaving with a deep understanding of my body’s mechanisms and newfound love for myself. I wish everyone in the world would have the chance to meet a doctor like Sarah Myhill” - Lots of love from Nina
"The whole 3-day workshop weekend was inspiring! Doctor Sarah Myhill is wonderful, and her teaching style one of the best l have ever experienced. She’s crystal clear, informative, entertaining and open to any amount of questions. Sarah focuses on teaching a framework, and sufficient knowledge of how our bodies work and the 'tools of the trade' to be able to take care of our own health. And l now feel able to help some of my family and friends too - how amazing is that! Sarah structured everything to help us form strong bonds as a group - we’re all staying in touch with each other as a WhatsApp group - and we had a huge amount of fun during the weekend, and great food too. I’ll definitely be back for more" -Ellie Moore
"I love Sarah Myhill, I’m so inspired by her as a Naturopathic Physician. I’ve been to so many people for help with sickness ever since I had sepsis ten years ago. Sarah is the only one that’s ever given such clear direction and explanation" - Elouise
