DESCRIPTION

This test measures testosterone level in 1 salivary sample collected at 12 noon. This is normally sufficient to assess levels.

1 salivary collection container, plastic transporter for the sample container, returnable padded envelope and address label, laboratory request form and instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS

The kit will be sent to you directly from the laboratory. This includes detailed instructions. Please, ensure that the request form is completed and included with the sample when sending the sample back to the laboratory.
