CFS - CFS Book published by Dr Sarah Myhill
I have published a book on chronic fatigue syndrome and other health problems, often associated with CFS and invariably associated with our unsustainable modern way of life.
This book has evolved over the past 20 odd years from my experience in treating patients with CFS in NHS and private practice. It contains everything that all CFS patients must do to get well plus the things most sufferers have to do. All the information contained in the book is also available on this website as individual articles. I do know, however, that many CFS patients either cannot access the Internet or they cannot stay in front of the computer for long periods of time, or they would like to have all the information on paper so they can dip into the relevant article when it is convenient for them.
For this reason I keep revising and updating the book on a regular basis. It is always available to patients and non-patients in two forms - either as a "hard" paper copy or you can download it in WORD format or in PDF format free of charge.
